Hi, I'm Bruno.
I’ve always wanted to help people. When I was a kid growing up in Peru, I loved spending time in community service and missionary work. That’s when I first started to see just how heavy life can get for people — and how deeply they want to feel better.
Many years later, after moving to the U.S., I had a serious health scare. I couldn’t work, couldn’t care for myself, and couldn’t move forward the way I wanted. The physical healing was one thing — but the emotional impact was something I wasn’t prepared for.
That experience changed me. It deepened my empathy. It showed me what real frustration, fear, and uncertainty feel like — and it made me even more committed to helping others heal from their own painful chapters.
Recovering took time, effort, and patience. But more than anything, it helped me become the kind of therapist who doesn’t just understand trauma — but helps people actively move through it.
Now, I work with clients facing life-altering changes, anxiety, deep grief, relationship strain, and childhood trauma. Some are dealing with something that changed their life in an instant. Others have been carrying pain for years and are tired of it dictating their present.
I use EMDR, CBT, and mindfulness-based approaches to help clients make sense of what happened — and start living differently in the here and now.
Therapy with me is calm, consistent, and collaborative. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all. I’ll offer you options — no pressure, no judgment. I offer sessions in English and Spanish.

Trauma

EMDR is an evidence-based therapy that helps you reprocess painful memories and experiences. It regulates the nervous system and reshapes brain patterns.
EMDR can help balance your mood and make you feel much more at peace, as well as improve communication, boundaries, and relationships. Many clients are surprised by how efficient and permanent the effect of EMDR is.
